Park Rules

The rules at Bright Caravan Park are in place so that everyone's stay is enjoyable. Thank you - we hope you enjoy your stay.

Payment Due Dates:
 

Following receipt of your deposit, the balance owing for your stay should be paid as follows:

• Christmas/January holidays: Balance of tariff to be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.

• Easter: Balance of tariff to be paid by six weeks prior to arrival.

• Long weekends: Balance of tariff to be paid by six weeks prior to arrival. 

• All other bookings: Balance of tariff to be paid in full on arrival.

 

Park Rules:
 

• Respect Others - No loud noise or music after 10.00 pm

• All fees are to be paid on arrival and before proceeding into the park. 

• All visitors entering the park must call at reception before proceeding. No visitors cars permitted within the park. It is the responsibility of you the guest to make sure that we know whenever you have visitors. 

• A limit of one car-sized vehicle per cabin and one car-sized vehicle with caravan or trailer per powered site are permitted within the park.

• Check in time is 1.30 pm. Check out time is 10.00 am.

• Dogs are allowed on powered sites, during low and mid season, at management's discretion.  Sorry, not for cabin bookings. Must be kept on a lead. Please check when booking. 

• Noise must be kept to acceptable levels at all times.

• Ball games are not to be played in park except in designated areas.

• No smoking permitted in or within 10 metres of any accommodation or communal areas. 

• No fires are to be lit without permission from park management.

• No trenches or other earthworks are to be dug or built.

• Power for a site must only be obtained from a single power point.

• Children must be properly supervised at all times.

• Children under five years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities block.

• Children’s portable swimming pools are not permitted.

• Bicycles must be ridden at walking pace only and on roadways only. Helmets must be worn at all times. Bikes are not to be left in communal areas unattended. No bike riding after dark. 

• Chemical toilets must only be emptied into the dump point at amenities block.

• Refunds - occupying site or cabin for fewer days than originally booked, no refund.

• Children under 12 need to be supervised at all times in the swimming pool.
