Car Parking:
Only one car per cabin. No visitors cars are allowed within the park without the approval of Management. Visitors should park their vehicles outside the property.

Park Rules:
Please supervise children at all times, and ensure that helmets are worn whilst riding bikes, scooters, roller skates, etc...

For the safety and enjoyment of your family and others, please adhere to the rules posted at both the swimming pool and jumping pillow. ALL CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED IN THE POOL! Also please read our Park Rules page.

Courtesy & Safety:
This park is run for the enjoyment and comfort of families, our aim is for all guests to be able to relax and have fun whilst on holidays.

Please, NO LOUD NOISE or MUSIC after 10.00 pm, respect your fellow campers!

This park is often full of small children, so please drive safely. A speed limit of 10 km/h will be enforced, any guests caught speeding or driving dangerously will be asked to leave the premises.

Pets:

We allow pets at all times excluding peak periods. Park must be advised of pets prior to booking. Pets are only allowed on sites and in certain cabins. Fees apply.

 

Bikes:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE BIKES TO BE BROUGHT INTO CABINS. We have a dedicated Secure Bike Storage facility that will enable you to safely store and hang your bike. There is also a maintenance area in here for you to work on your bike. Please obtain a key to the Secure Bike Storage facility on arrival for the duration of your stay. 

Booking Conditions:
Online Bookings are charged in full at the time of the booking. Please call to discuss if you have any questions. No reservations will be guaranteed without a payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, cheques by prior agreement, cash and direct deposit. Should you wish to pay by way of direct deposit, please contact our office for the appropriate details.

 

No smoking permitted in park cabins. An airing fee will be charged to your credit card (one days tariff) if it is found you have smoked in our accommodation.

 

At our discretion any damage, loss or theft of property at the park will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost.

Payment Due Dates:
Following receipt of your deposit, the balance owing for your stay should be paid as follows:

• All long weekends, Easter, Rod Run, December/January payment of balance of booking is due six weeks prior to arrival. 

• All other bookings: Balance of tariff to be paid in full on arrival.

Minimum booking periods:

• Christmas/January holidays:  Call for confirmation of minimum nights. 

• Easter: 5 night minimum

• Melbourne Cup weekend: 4 night minimum

• Long Weekends: 3 night minimum 

General Cancellation Policy:

Full refund subject to $50.00 cancellation fee on accomodation and $20.00 on sites if more than 30 days notice given.  No refund if less than 30 days notice given. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING CHRISTMAS, JANUARY, EASTER, ROD RUN AND ALL LONG WEEKENDS IF CANCELLATION OCCURS LESS THAN SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.  NO DATE CHANGES ARE ALLOWED DURING THESE TIMES IF LESS THAN SIX WEEKS NOTICE IS GIVEN.

Third Party Cancellation Policy:

If you booked to stay at Bright Caravan Park through a third-party booking system please note you will be held to their cancellation policies.

Booking.com - Free cancellation/changes 60 days or more before your booking is due to commence. Within 60 days no refund/changes are offered.

Expedia - Free cancellation/changes 60 days or more before your booking is due to commence. Within 60 days no refund/changes are offered.

Airbnb - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
